Safe Sangat Return Policy

This Return Policy explains how Neatlynea Venture (operating as Safe Sangat) handles product returns in Malaysia. We only process returns for items that arrive defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was ordered. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for working products.
1. Eligibility
- The product must have been purchased directly from Safe Sangat.
 - The issue must be due to a manufacturing defect, damage sustained in transit, or a configuration error on our part.
 - The safe must remain in its original condition with all included accessories, manuals, anchoring hardware, keys, and packaging.
 - Proof of purchase (invoice or delivery note) and photographic evidence of the defect are required when you submit your request.
 
2. Request Window
Please notify our support team within seven (7) calendar days of delivery if you believe your product is defective. Requests made after this window may be declined, as we cannot verify the condition of the safe after extended use.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Products that are fully operational and free from manufacturing defects.
 - Safes that have been installed, modified, permanently anchored, or relocated by a third party without our supervision.
 - Locks that were reprogrammed or customised based on customer instructions unless the defect is directly related to our workmanship.
 - Clearance or special-order units marked as “final sale”.
 
4. Return Submission Process
- Contact Us: Email hello@safesangat.com or WhatsApp +6012 750 6025 with your order number, delivery address, a description of the issue, and photos or video illustrating the defect.
 - Assessment: Our technical team will review the evidence. We may request additional details, troubleshooting steps, or an on-site inspection to verify the defect.
 - Return Authorisation: If the claim is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and coordinate collection or drop-off arrangements. Products sent back without an RMA will not be accepted.
 - Return Logistics: Safe Sangat will arrange pickup or designate a drop-off location. Items must be securely packed to prevent additional damage in transit.
 
5. Fees and Shipping Costs
- When a defect is confirmed, Safe Sangat covers all return logistics and inspection fees.
 - If an item is returned but no manufacturing fault is found, the customer may be charged for transport, assessment time, and re-delivery.
 
6. Resolution Options
After inspection, we will take one of the following actions at our discretion:
- Repair the defective components using original manufacturer parts or equivalent replacements.
 - Provide a like-for-like replacement unit if the issue cannot be repaired.
 - Issue a refund to the original payment method if repair or replacement is not feasible. Refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days after approval.
 
No Exchanges Policy
We do not offer product exchanges for alternate models, colours, or specifications. If you wish to obtain a different safe, please place a new order once any approved return has been completed.
