1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.safesangat.com (the "Site") and any purchase of products or services from Neatly Nea Sdn Bhd (202501059817 (1661223-K)), operating as Safe Sangat ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Site, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase from us.

2. Eligibility & Use of the Site

By using the Site you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract.
• The information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products, Quotes & Pricing

• All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of delivery and installation, which are quoted separately based on the product and your location.
• We aim to describe products and specifications accurately, but images and listings are for general guidance. Minor variations in finish, dimensions, or hardware may occur.
• Some safes are sold on a quote basis. A quote is valid for the period stated on it and is subject to availability and final confirmation.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If the correct price is higher than the price shown, we will contact you before processing your order and you may choose to proceed or cancel.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and payment has been received. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, delivery is outside our coverage area, or we are unable to verify your details. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund.

5. Payment

• Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that there are sufficient funds to complete the purchase.
• Orders are processed once payment is successfully authorised. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or cancel the order.

6. Delivery & Installation

We deliver and install within Peninsular Malaysia. Delivery and installation are quoted based on the safe you choose and your location, and timelines are estimates rather than guarantees. 7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for items that arrive defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was ordered. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for working products. 8. Warranty

Safes carry a manufacturer warranty, and the installation and servicing work our team performs is backed by our own workmanship warranty. What is and isn't covered, and how to make a claim, are described on our Warranty page, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law:

• The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss arising from misuse of a product, failure to follow instructions, or factors outside our reasonable control.
• Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Malaysian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising from them or from your use of the Site or our products and services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or business operations. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
