Warranty & Guarantee

Overview

Neatly Nea Sdn Bhd (202501059817 (1661223-K)), operating as Safe Sangat, supplies safes from established, certified brands. Your protection comes in two parts: the manufacturer's product warranty against defects, and our workmanship guarantee on the installation we perform.

1. Manufacturer Warranty

Each safe carries a standard 6-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, from the date of delivery. Coverage can vary by brand and model.

2. Installation & Service Warranty

We stand behind the installation and servicing work our team performs — including positioning and floor or wall anchoring — with a 12-month installation & service warranty. If an issue arises from our workmanship within that period, we'll put it right.

3. What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
• Faults in the locking mechanism not caused by misuse
• Issues arising from our installation workmanship

4. What's Not Covered

• Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised modification or repair
• Normal wear and tear, or damage from improper relocation by third parties
• Forgotten combinations or lost keys (we can assist — see our services)
• Damage from fire, flood, or theft beyond the safe's rated protection

5. How to Make a Claim

Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video. We'll assess the claim and arrange a repair, replacement, or manufacturer referral as appropriate.
